Hello! is this the 2017 model with track ID and touchbar? How long does it take to arrive in Brazil?

Is this MacBook Pro the 2017 model? If yes, the description says it comes with a touch bar and a Touch ID sensor, though the second picture that it is included in the items description doesn't look similar to the 1st picture, either looks to be the 2017 model. Lastly, is new or refurbished? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
